Devin was born on 12/12/10 at 11:11am in Dayton, Ohio on a cold winter day. We wished for him for so long and now he is finally here. We wanted his story here in order to keep in touch with all of his family around the country.

Flirt
Devin is a little flirt and while at dinner he made eyes and cooed at two women across the patio multiple times. They couldn't stop giggling.
