We went for a bike ride along the American River then stopped at a park to take a break and throw rocks into the river.

Papa's Birthday

We re-lit the candles so Devin could blow them out, too. All he really wanted was the frosting. 

Park Date with Gemma

She offered him strawberries, they ran together holding hands, then after a small snafu involving sticks, they gave each other hugs goodbye. So sweet. 

1st Day of Soccer

Devin is the kid back by the backstop not listening to the coach. He finally joined in once the action started. After awhile, he decided to leave again then coaxed his two friends from school to ditch class and join him in the dirt pile. Egad.
